Shipping Policy

We strive to conduct shipping daily, there may be some delays within our carrier (USPS, Royal Mail) during this time that is out of our control but we are getting your orders to the post office the same day that it is placed or the next day.

Our post office is closed on Sundays, any orders placed Saturday after 7AM EST will be shipped off that following Monday.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time advertised, please make sure that your entire address is entered CORRECTLY.

If you realize that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to get the address changed for you. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If there are any issues with verifying your address, we will try our best to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Royalty Lifestyle, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be DEDUCTED from your merchandise refund.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. 

We offer USPS and Royal Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country
