Shipping Policy

We aim to ship orders daily, but please note that there may be delays with our carrier that are beyond our control. We process and send orders to the post office the same day or the next day after they are placed.

Orders placed after 6 PM EST on Saturdays will be shipped on the following Monday, as our post office is closed on Sundays.

Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly to receive your package on time. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. We will try to make changes, but we cannot take responsibility if this isn’t possible.

If there is an issue verifying your address, we will attempt to resolve it. If not, your order may be canceled, and you will receive a refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges plus the return cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that standard shipping typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days (if within continental U.S.)  from the date of shipment, not from the date the order is placed.
